The property is 22 miles north of Waynesville and less than an hour’s drive to the Asheville airport. The community of Hot Springs is 15 miles north. Pisgah National Forest and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park is a short drive to the west. Outdoor recreation features ski resorts, trout fishing, whitewater rafting, horseback riding, and rock climbing. Waynesville and Asheville are culturally diverse communities and vibrant centers of the arts.
